Shipping Policy

• Up to two days to process. Orders dispatched receive tracking details from the courier service.
• Delivery takes between 3–5 business days.
• RT assumes no responsibility once packages leave our premises.

Damaged Products

Subject to S56 of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, if you have received a product and found that the container (plastic or glass) is defective or leaking, or if the pump or nozzle mechanism is defective, please contact our customer care at info@richtwist.co.za within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly collect the product at our own expense in South Africa and provide a replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Product Information

Some products (such as many anti-ageing creams) contain active ingredients. These products can cause transient, mild irritation of the skin upon initial use. We recommend using these products no more than three times per week initially, then gradually increasing to daily use.
