We deliver to Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town with The Courier Guy. If we do not cover your city yet, please contact us directly on 074 763 6159 to place your order.

Delivery is R100 per order. Orders over R1 000 qualify for free delivery.

Orders take up to two days to process. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days, and you will receive tracking details from the courier once your order is dispatched. Rich Twist assumes no responsibility once packages leave our premises.

All payments are processed securely by PayFast. You can pay by credit or debit card, or by Instant EFT.

Enter your voucher code on the checkout page and choose Apply Voucher. The discount is shown before you pay. Some vouchers have a minimum spend or an expiry date.

Rich Twist does not accept any returns or exchanges.

Subject to S56 of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, if the container (plastic or glass) is defective or leaking, or the pump or nozzle mechanism is defective, please contact our customer care at info@richtwist.co.za within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly collect the product at our own expense in South Africa and provide a replacement once your return has been received and inspected.

Yes. The Skin Society, a proud extension of Rich Twist, brings together a carefully curated collection of authentic skincare products from around the world.

Some products (such as many anti-ageing creams) contain active ingredients that can cause transient, mild irritation when you start using them. We recommend using these products no more than three times per week initially, then gradually increasing to daily use.
